Our Executive Coaching program provides direct access to a private, secure coaching ecosystem built for leaders operating at the highest levels. Clients meet weekly with a certified executive coach at a time that fits their schedule, ensuring consistent guidance and strategic alignment. Between sessions, clients can upload questions, documents, and decision-ready materials through a secure portal, where the coach provides thoughtful review and actionable feedback. Each engagement may also include personalized homework, decision frameworks, or leadership tools assigned through the platform to support continuous development. All coaching calls are recorded and stored privately, giving clients the ability to revisit key insights, reinforce learning, and maintain clarity in fast-moving environments.

This is elite-level coaching for leaders who need a trusted advisor—one who can match their pace, anticipate challenges, and elevate their impact.

$9,000 for 12 sessions (paid $3000 monthly).

This private coaching engagement provides a private account for file sharing, note taking, and secure video conferencing.

Each week, you’ll meet one-on-one with Dr. Peter Balyta, fmr President of a Fortune 200 company.

Dr. Balyta is a seasoned and certified executive coach who brings both corporate and coaching expertise to your most pressing leadership challenges.

Your three-month engagement includes:

• Twelve, 60-minute private coaching sessions (weekly cadence)

• The ability to schedule each weekly session at a time that works for you. 

• Ongoing access to curated tools and frameworks from Coaching Instruments®

• Strategic alignment on objectives with measurable outcomes

• Optional integration with team or organizational initiatives
