Triathlon & Endurance Coaching
Achieve your endurance goals without sacrificing career and family
Designed and used by executives and busy professionalsÂ
- You want to achieve your fitness goals, but time is limited.
- You wake up insanely early, take extended lunches, or duck out of afternoon meetings.
- You skip time with loved ones.
- You spend your evenings on ChatGPT and message boards looking for advice and training plans.
- Exhaustion sets in, and priorities start to spin. "After this race," you say, "Things will get back to normal."Â
This is not sustainable.
Coaching Instruments® was founded by Dr. Peter Balyta, former president of a Fortune 200 global division, executive coach, and endurance athlete. Dr. Balyta has created a community and a specific set of instruments designed for busy executives who want to train with purpose and balance.

Seth Wytrwal, DC
Dr. Wytrwal is a chiropractor and endurance athlete who believes optimal performance starts with the complete alignment of body, mind, and purpose.
A lifelong triathlete, he helps athletes build strength, resilience, and longevity through evidence-based training and health practices that keep them racing and thriving beyond the finish line.
Â
Dr. Wytrwal's BioDr. Wytrwal never met a sport he didn’t like. Not that he’s participated in them all, but he finds a beauty in human motion that is undeniably powerful.
This has been a driving force in the way he has conducted his life. Health, fun and play are integral. This has driven decisions in where he wants to live, educational decisions for career and the choice to share what he has learned with others. He knows how strong and capable we all are. The possibilities are endless when you have good people in your corner supporting you.
“There are so many similarities and crossover that can be tapped into from all activities in life to make your journey in endurance sport easier and more impactful.” Many of the sports that Dr. Wytrwal has participated in, he has ultimately coached.Â
“It’s incredible to personally achieve in your endeavors, but when you see the growth through learning and achievement in others, there really is no greater feeling!”
This has led to a passion for coaching, for teaching and learning. Endurance sports really lean into his strengths as a runner, cyclist and lifelong water person turned adult-onset swimmer. Ultimately, we all get better when we learn from each other.
Dr. Wytrwal grew up in rural Massachusetts where he spent much of his time playing outside. His love of the mountains, skiing and snowboarding drove him to Colorado where he went to undergrad. Sport translated to graduate studies at Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College) in Seneca Falls, NY where he earned his doctorate as a Chiropractor.Â
Currently you can find him in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area with his wife Dr. Sarah Moreau, DC, his 2 sons Liam and Jules, as well as their dogs Milo and Luna.Â
Remember, performance is amazing, but what you and learn and your growth along the way will have a larger impact than any single day.
